– Great Harvest Bread has been Lexington's whole grain headquarters for over 20 years. We freshly mill whole wheat flour everyday which is the basis for most of our breads,cookies, and breakfast treats. We've recently added a new variety of wheat (we call it golden) which nutritionally is almost identical to the originial hard wheat, but bakes up lighter and softer. It's perfect for those who know they should eat whole grains but find the texture a little heavy. And kids love it!
